Item 5.02(b)

On October 14, 2014, Greif, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ivan Signorelli, Senior Vice President and Group President, RIPS – EMEA and Asia Pacific, Fustiplast and EarthMinded LCS, plans to retire from the Company at the end of 2015. Mr. Signorelli has been with the Company for over 22 years.
