On October 29, 2015, Stephen M. Dow, a member of the Board of Directors of Citrix Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) since July 1989, informed the Company that he will be retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective as of the close of business on October 29, 2015. Mr. Dow advised the Company that his decision to retire did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
