Effective July 1, 2016, the conversion rate on Lexington Realty Trust's (the “Trust's”) $11.9 million outstanding 6.00% Convertible Guaranteed Notes due 2030 has adjusted to a current conversion rate of 159.0145 common shares per $1,000 principal amount of the notes, representing a conversion price of $6.29 per common share.
