On December 7, 2018, Astrotech Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”), pursuant to notice duly given, at 201 W. 5th Street, Suite 1275, Austin, Texas 78701. Of the 4,505,019 shares of common stock entitled to vote at such meeting, 4,069,481 shares, or 90.33% of the Company’s common stock, were present in person or by proxy.
