On July 30, 2015, CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors established and authorized a new share repurchase program of $350 million, with no term, which replaced the unused portion of the Company's previous share repurchase authorization. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
