On March 13, 2014, France A. Córdova resigned as a director of Edison International and Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”), effective immediately. Dr. Córdova's resignation from the Edison International and SCE Boards of Directors did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to Edison International's or SCE's operations, policies or practices.
Edison International has issued a press release announcing Dr. Córdova's resignation from the Boards. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
