Other Events.

 

On March 1, 2019, Ark Restaurants Corp. announced that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share to be paid on April 5, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2019. A copy of the press release titled “Ark Restaurants Announces Declaration of Dividend” is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
