Jesse Nichols Joins as a Managing Director

Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI), the global investment bank, announced today that Jesse Nichols has joined the firm’s global Technology Group as a Managing Director covering the digital infrastructure sector. He is based in Boston.

Mr. Nichols joins from Alpina Capital, where he led communications infrastructure M&A and advisory as a Managing Director. His previous clients include AT&T and TowerCo, a leading U.S.-based tower company, and he has worked with financial sponsors throughout the sector.
