Zebra Technologies Makes Computerworld’s 2024 List of Best Places to Work in IT

Zebra ranks #35 among top large organizations globally

Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), a leading digital solution provider enabling businesses to intelligently connect data, assets, and people, today announced it has again been named to the 2024 Best Places to Work in IT list by Foundry’s Computerworld.

The Best Places to Work in IT list is an annual ranking of the top work environments for technology professionals. The list is compiled from a comprehensive questionnaire on what companies offer tech professionals, including benefits, career development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), future of work, training and retention. The rankings are reviewed and vetted by a panel of industry experts.

“We are honored to once again be included on Computerworld’s Best Place to Work in IT list,” said Matt Ausman, Chief Information Officer, Zebra Technologies. “At Zebra, every employee is seen, heard, valued and respected. We are fully invested in working in new ways together with our employees so they have the opportunity to define their paths, build fulfilling careers and make a positive impact on partners, customers and colleagues.”

This is the fifth time in six years Zebra’s IT team has been recognized by Computerworld for its comprehensive talent management strategy and commitment to inclusion and diversity, professional development, competitive compensation and benefits. Zebra ranked #35 among large organizations on the Best Places to Work in IT list for 2024.

“Technology is playing an increasingly important role in modern business. IT professionals continue to benefit from this trend, as this year’s winning organizations increase staffing and offer a variety of pathways to upskill, reskill, and diversify their teams,” said Rob O’Regan, global director, content strategy, Foundry. “These companies provide a model for IT and HR leaders who are looking for new ways to attract, engage, and retain talent in an increasingly competitive IT environment.”
