Colgate Women’s Games Officially Kicks off 49th Season with Return to Indoor Competition

Register Now to Compete in the Nation’s Longest Running Track & Field Series for Girls & Women

Colgate-Palmolive (NYSE: CL) announces today that registration for Colgate Women’s Games, the nation's longest-running indoor Track & Field series for girls and women, is now open. Now through January 5, 2025, athletes can register online to compete and parents, coaches, and fans can sign up at www.ColgateWomensGames.com to receive important updates about the series, which will take place from December 29 through February 1.

The 49th Season marks an exciting return to indoor competition following Seasons 47 and 48, which took place outdoors due to the pandemic. All competition meets will be held at The Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory in New York City, located at 216 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, New York 10032.

At the finals, participating athletes can compete for more than 100 academic scholarships worth $2,000, $1,000, and $500 for first, second, and third place, respectively. These scholarships are awarded by title sponsor, Colgate-Palmolive.

Colgate Women’s Games helps girls and women advance their brighter, healthier futures by encouraging them to be active on the track, in the classroom and beyond. By empowering competitors to prioritize athletics and education, Colgate Women’s Games has supported countless girls and women with educational scholarships to help pay for tuition thanks to the generous support of title sponsor Colgate-Palmolive.

“Colgate Women’s Games has long been looking forward to returning to the indoor track and field season and could not be more excited to officially open registration for the 49th Season,” said Cheryl Toussaint, world-class track champion and Meet Director, Colgate Women’s Games. “Year after year, I have witnessed how Colgate Women’s Games continues to make a difference in the lives of young athletes by teaching lessons about hard work, perseverance, productivity, and community – and by investing in them so they may pursue a quality education. I have benefitted as a former competitor myself. I’m looking forward to welcoming all returning athletes, new athletes, and their families, friends, coaches and fans back to the track this winter.”

“Colgate-Palmolive has always been passionate about uplifting the communities in which we serve and fostering opportunities for growth and development as part of our commitment to reimagining a healthier future for all people,” said Sally Massey, Chief Human Resources Officer, Colgate-Palmolive. “As proud supporters of Colgate Women’s Games for nearly fifty seasons, we’re not only celebrating athletic and academic excellence; we’re providing a platform for young women to showcase their talents, build confidence, and pursue their dreams.”
