In a landmark gesture for the industry, Prsyse and Innovative RV Solutions announced a $400,000 employee bonus pool, ensuring 100% of full-time staff directly benefit from the transaction. Many employees will also participate in shared profit distributions, reinforcing a long-term focus on retention and recognition.
