ITEM 5.02RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR 

 

Resignation

 

Effective May 15, 2018 LeRoy E. Wilkes resigned his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Athena Silver Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).  The Company would like to thank Mr. Wilkes for his service.

 

The Company has no immediate plans to fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Wilkes’s resignation.
