ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On April 24, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing its
earnings for the three-month period ended March 31, 2006 and providing
certain additional information. In addition, the Company announced in the
press release that a conference call would be held on April 25, 2006 to
discuss its financial and operating results for the three-month period ended
March 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as
Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
