MECHEL ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF A NEW GENERAL DIRECTOR OF
MECHEL TRADING HOUSE
Moscow, Russia April 27, 2005 Mechel announces appointment of Alexander Proskurin as General Director of its 100% subsidiary, Mechel Trading House OOO.
Alexander Proskurin replaced the former General Director, Mikhail Urvantsev, who was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director.
