YUANTA SECURITIES TO HOST ChipMOS INVESTOR MEETING IN TAIPEI
Hsinchu, Taiwan, May 10, 2013 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: IMOS) today announced that Yuanta Securities Company, Limited (“Yuanta”) will host a ChipMOS investor meeting at 15:15 on Friday, May 17, 2013 (Taiwan time), at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. Yuanta served as the lead manager, underwriting the recent listing of the Company’s majority-owned subsidiary ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC., a Taiwan corporation (“ChipMOS Taiwan”) on Taiwan’s emerging stock board under the stock ticker 8150.
The Company’s management will discuss the Company’s financial performance, business trends and growth opportunities. Presentation materials will be available on the investor relations section of the Company’s website at www.chipmos.com.
