Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 1, 2014, Bazaarvoice, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the rescheduling of the hearing on the motion for entry of final judgment related to the January 8, 2014 ruling in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division that the Company’s acquisition of PowerReviews violated Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 18. The hearing had been previously set for April 2, 2014 and has been rescheduled by the court for April 25, 2014. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
