Other Events.

On November 30, 2015, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued its written decision denying institution of inter partes review of Nevro Corp.’s U.S. Patent No. 8,359,102 (the “ ‘102 Patent”). On May 14, 2015, a unit of Boston Scientific Corporation filed two petitions challenging the validity of certain claims of the ‘102 patent. In its written decision, the PTAB determined that the petitioner failed to establish a reasonable likelihood of showing that even one of the challenged claims of the ‘102 Patent was invalid, and that therefore both petitions were denied.
