Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 21, 2019, Rite Aid Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Ben Bulkley as chief executive
officer of EnvisionRxOptions, a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
