Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

The Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on April 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (the “Annual Meeting”). On March 1, 2019, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 4,842,146 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. The final results of the stockholder vote on each proposal brought before the Annual Meeting were as follows:

The stockholders elected one director to serve until the conclusion of the first succeeding annual meeting of stockholders or until his successor has been duly elected and qualified and three directors to serve until the conclusion of the third succeeding annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.
