Item. 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Nathan E. Langston, the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Entergy Corporation, has informed the Company that he intends to retire in August of 2007. The Company intends to announce Mr. Langston's successor following the next regularly scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors on May 3, 2007.
