On August 8, 2014, Edward P. Williams, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), was appointed Interim Principal Financial Officer of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”) effective August 8, 2014. The Bank is a wholly owned banking subsidiary of the Corporation.
