Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 6, 2009, Environmental Tectonics Corporation (the “Company”) and Walt Disney World
Co. announced the settlement of all litigation relating to the design and development of the
Mission and Space attraction at EPCOT. A copy of the press release announcing the settlement is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
