Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 4, 2006, we announced that our board of directors had authorized the
repurchase of up to $500 million of our common stock. We began making purchases under this program
on April 30, 2007, and through May 1, 2007, had repurchased approximately 5.0 million shares of
stock for a total of approximately $43.0 million.
