Nevada boy, 14, plays 'Taps' with a US flag at half-mast to honor fallen service members in Afghanistan

A Carson City, Nevada, boy pulled on heartstrings when he honored the 13 service members who died in Afghanistan on Thursday by playing “Taps” before a U.S. flag at half-mast outside his family's home.
