Round-Up for Rescues Program Gives Back to Charlotte-Area Animal Rescues

CHARLOTTE (June 8, 2021) — Lucky Dog Bark & Brew, Charlotte’s premier dog bar, boarding facility, and doggie daycare center, raised more than $40,600 during the first seven months of their Round-Up for Rescues Program. This special program invites customers to round up to the closest dollar amount when closing out their tab for the night. The rounded-up total is then matched by Lucky Dog Bark & Brew, and donated to that month’s designated dog rescue.
During the first seven months of Lucky Dog Bark & Brew’s Round-Up for Rescues Program, the dog bar has donated funds to the following local organizations:
- November 2020: Carolina Big Hearts Big Barks | $4,800
- December 2020: Catering to Cats and Dogs | $4,000
- January 2021: Bullies 2 the Rescue | $4,700
- February 2021: Long Trails 2 Happy Tails | $4,700
- March 2021: Fighting Chance Ranch & Rescue | $5,300
- April 2021: Pitts & Giggles | $5,000
- May 2021: Halfway There Rescue | $5,100
- June 2021: Rescue Ranch | $4,600
- July 2021: Charlotte Humane Society | 4,700
