Biden to meet with President Yoon Seok-youl in South Korea, tour Samsung factory amid North Korea provocations

President Biden and South Korea's President Yoon Seok-youl will tour the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, a model for the new Samsung plant in Texas, on the first day of Biden's trip to Asia Friday.
