On May 16, 2011, Google Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of its public offering of $3,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its notes. The public offering consists of $1,000,000,000 of 1.250% Notes due 2014, $1,000,000,000 of 2.125% Notes due 2016 and $1,000,000,000 of 3.625% Notes due 2021. The offering is expected to close on or about May 19, 2011.
