On August 9, 2018, EP Energy Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. The Company will hold a webcast conference call on August 10, 2018 to discuss those results. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
