On
March
14, 2007, Gentium S.p.A. entered into a Master Services Agreement with MDS
Pharma Services (US) Inc. and its affiliates, whereby MDS Pharma Services (US)
Inc. agrees to provide certain contract research organization services to
Gentium S.p.A. in the United States, namely Phase II-IV clinical trial services,
during a five-year period.
