On
September 17, 2010, Dr. Thomas Garrison resigned from the board of directors of
Bio-Path Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Dr.
Garrison’s decision to resign was not related to a disagreement with the Company
over any of its operations, policies or practices.
