Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.

 

On February 14, 2019, Scilex Pharmaceuticals Inc., a subsidiary of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., announced that net sales of ZTlido™ (lidocaine topical system 1.8%) for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 were approximately $2,600,000. The preliminary information presented in this press release is based on the Company's current expectations and may be adjusted as a result of, among other things, completion of customary annual audit procedures.
