     On November 5, 2004, Astro-Med, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
in which it disclosed preliminary  projections for its fiscal 2005 third quarter
revenues  and  earnings.   A  copy  of  the  press  release   relating  to  such
announcement,  dated November 5, 2004, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated  herein by reference.
