Item 2.02                   Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 25, 2018, TESSCO Technologies Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2019, ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
