On November 30, 2011, the registrant issued a press release announcing that it had reached an agreement effective November 30, 2011 with JDA Software Group, Inc. to settle a lawsuit the registrant filed against i2 Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of JDA Software Group, Inc.
