On March 16, 2016, American International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) furnished an amended Investor Presentation, (the “Amended Investor Presentation”) attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which amends the Investor Presentation that was furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 26, 2016 (as supplemented on February 2, 2016) related to the Company’s update on strategy. Certain pages of the Amended Investor Presentation have been revised to reflect updated information, including updates from the Company’s recent public disclosures. The Amended Investor Presentation, which the Company may use from time to time in presentations to investors and other stakeholders, will also be available on the Company’s website at www.aig.com.
