Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation
On February 26, 2008, the Company executed an amendment to its Line of Credit
Agreement with a trust, which, among other things, extended the agreement until
July 1, 2010.
Donald Anderson, a Trustee of the Trust, is a member of Company's Board of
Directors and owns approximately 10% of the Company's Stock.
