Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 14, 2010 Alanco Technologies,Inc. ("the Company") was notified by
Nasdaq that the Listing Qualifications Panel has determined that the Company has
regained compliance with the continued listing requirements, and will remain
listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
On September 15, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing the
compliance notification, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
