A free, virtual international Health and Wellness Summit will be held from June 21-25, delving deeply into key issues that people are currently facing--from stress management to feeling better.

Energetic Wave Publishing company, a San Francisco Bay Area company, will be hosting a free, nationwide, virtual Health and Wellness Summit from June 21-25 over the internet. “The Summit will delve deeply into some of the key health and wellness issues that people are currently facing, from stress management to creating good, new habits to replace those that people have developed over the last year, to the use of alternative healing and herbal remedies to get back to optimum health,” said Blair Abee, Summit host. “While there will speakers from around the world, 9 Bay Area health and wellness experts will be featured, including Steven Halpern, internationally recognized musician and producer of meditation and healing music that helps people relax and easily go to sleep.

Other speakers of note include Dr. Hyla Cass, early alternative medical practitioner and psychiatrist, recognized healthy habits author Derek Deopker, noted astrologer Raquel Spring, dance and movement international Davida Taurek, and YouTube philosopher and author Paul Hedderman.. “All are noted specialists in their respective fields. All are brilliant at what they do and what they have to say is insightful and illuminating. Some will soothe you; some will provoke you with their ideas and the ways they work with people. There are three themes that run through the Summit:

· First, there are systems for working on improving your physical wellness like yoga, Tai Chi, diet and weight loss, chiropractic, and dance and movement therapy.

· Second, there are healing techniques like Reiki, chakra healing, herbal remedies, astrology for soul purpose, shadow side cleansing, and methods from Native American shamen.

· Third, there are ways to work on mental and emotional well-being: depth psychology, self-inquiry, developing good habits, meditation, creating abundance, and Feng Shui.

The topic of health and wellness is a big topic and one that has lots of moving parts. “In thinking about putting together this Summit I realized that it was important to cover these four aspects of the subject: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. I put the Summit together and chose the speakers with that in mind.”

Over the 5 days, 20 speakers will be delving deeply into what they know about health and wellness. And sharing their wisdom and secrets and secrets—tools and techniques that participants can readily and immediately use in their daily lives. “I had a great time interviewing our speakers and I think participants will have a great time hearing what they have to say”.
