On October 21, 2015, Mr. E. Virgil Conway, a member of the Board of Directors of Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. ("Company"), died.  Mr. Conway served as a member of the Company's Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.  The remaining directors and management of the Company are deeply appreciative of Mr. Conway's many contributions to the success of Urstadt Biddle Properties over his many years of service as a director.
