In its April 10, 2018 press release Columbia Sportswear Company announced its intention to acquire the remaining 40 percent interest in Columbia Sportswear Commercial (Shanghai) Company, the joint venture that it currently operates in China with Swire Resources Limited. The information in this report shall not be treated as filed for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
