Item 3.01.  Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

On September 19, 2008, Force Protection, Inc. received a letter from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Hearings Planel granting its request to remain listed with The Nasdaq Stock Market until September 30, 2008, subject to certain conditions.  These conditions include that on on before September 30, 2008, Force Protection shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.  Force Protection filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the SEC on September 15, 2008.
