Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 22, 2010, America’s Suppliers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Peter Engel, the Company’s Chief Executive Office, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, passed away.  The Company intends to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors in the near future. A copy of the press release is annexed to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
