On Nov. 11, 2008, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will report fourth-quarter and fiscal year 2008 operating results after market close on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, and that the company will host a conference call to review the results on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 beginning at 8:30 a.m. PST. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
