On February 26, 2007, Metals USA, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2006. Metals USA, Inc. also announced that management will hold a conference call to discuss the information in the press release on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The press release is included in this report as Exhibit 99.1.
