On November 4, 2010, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. declared a dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 2, 2010 to stockholders of record as of November 18, 2010. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
