Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

In connection with the lawsuit filed by Tauriga Sciences, Inc., a Florida corporation (”Tauriga”), currently pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey entitled Tauriga Sciences, Inc. vs. Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A., Donald Cowan and William Meyler, Case No. 15-cv-62334, William Meyler was deposed under oath on September 29, 2016 by legal counsel to Tauriga (the “Meyler Deposition”). A complete copy of the Meyler Deposition transcript is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
