On March 14, 2008, the Company held a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, the outlook of the Company and certain other matters. Participants in this presentation were Patrick Vogt, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Christopher Duignan, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
