On April 19, 2007, Caprius, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, M.C.M. Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“MCM”), had entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement granting Henry Schein, Inc. distribution rights to market MCM’s SteriMed line of on-site medical waste processing units to dialysis clinics in the United States.

A copy of the press release announcing this agreement is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
