NOVEMBER 19, 2003 FOR THE FILING OF ITS QUARTERLY REPORT ON FORM 10-QSB FOR THE
QUARTER ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2003. THE REGISTRANT REQUIRES ADDITIONAL TIME TO
FILE THE SEPTEMBER 30, 2003 FORM 10-QSB IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
