ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
On February 3, 2006, we entered into a Letter Contract with the United States Army. We agreed to provide the Army with nineteen Buffalo mine clearance vehicles, training on use of the vehicles, and field support. The contract also includes an option to purchase an additional 27 Buffalo mine clearance vehicles that may be procured during 2006.
The foregoing description of the terms and conditions of the contract is qualified in its entirety by, and made subject to, the more complete information set forth in the Letter Contract and its exhibits filed as exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein.
